Mailing Instructions for all
with & without a printer....

    If you wish to order Items via regular mail: I have made an order form that you can
download/print right from your computer. You then just need to send it to me. If you don't
have a way to print it then follow these directions:
    1) Write down what "Group & Image Description" (example: Kittens / mvc-013S.jpg)
    2) Tell me how many and what you want to order (example: 1 pk. post card)
    3) Total up the prices for each one then add them together (look below for info and prices).
    4) Add in the amount for personalization if needed.
    5) Add in SHIPPING/HANDLING.
    6) Michigan residents add 6% sales tax for the final total.?
Send this information and a "Check or Money Order" to:
             H.L.Fabian, P.O.Box 0067, Warren, MI 48090-0067.
     Include your Name, Address, Phone Number and Email address.
    Allow 2-3 weeks for me to print and send you the item(s) that you ordered.

IF YOU WISH TO ORDER VIA EMAIL / ONLINE (you can use Credit Cards):
Write down the above information & email it to"Orders@OneTimeShots". Log onto
Paypal .com (Use Link below or type in www.paypal.com). Click on "SEND MONEY".
In the RECIPIENTS EMAIL type in "Orders@OneTimeShots.com". In SUBJECT type "My Order".
In the NOTE section type in "Order emailed" or the information needed for your order to be delivered.
BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.   I will send you a confirmation email and begin to
process your order when the transaction is received. Please remember to add shipping & Michigan residents add 6% sales tax.
